This side cover gives GX200 / Clone-style engines a cleaner, more controlled oiling setup than basic splash-only lubrication. Pressurized oiling helps move oil where the engine needs it, while the spin-on filter catches fine debris before it keeps circulating through the crankcase.

When using electric start, the relay on the starter motor needs to be flipped so it clears the oil filter. This keeps the filter usable without fighting the starter hardware.

Constructed from CNC-machined billet aluminum, the side cover is significantly thicker and more rigid than cast versions, eliminating flex under heavy loads. A needle bearing has been added for the camshaft, reducing friction and wear for smoother operation and longer life. Combined with dual crankshaft bearings, this cover ensures superior strength and protection across the entire bottom end of your engine.
The integrated high-flow oil pump and spin-on filter maintain cleaner oil and deliver consistent lubrication, extending service intervals and reducing maintenance.
